Why I built this

I'm Andrew Godlewski. My background is in higher ed consulting and tech — I've spent most of my career in customer success, working my way up to the executive level. Along the way, I've interviewed hundreds of candidates for roles across a range of functions.

You start to see patterns. Smart, clearly qualified people who can't connect what they did to why it mattered. Strong track records that never make it into the room because they're buried in job titles and generic bullet points.
